When can you buy my contract out ... ?
In most cases 3-6 months – each case is individual but we have other ways sometimes to draw a contract to an end earlier. For example, if the contract was instigated fraudulently or some other technical reason why the contract is null and void.
Can I keep all of our mobile numbers... ?
Absolutely. You simply get a PAC code from the network provider. Don't worry if you are not sure what this is – we’ll manage your account and obtain it for you if necessary. It’s simply a standard industry process to allow the transfer of numbers.
What will buying out my contract cost me ... ?
Our aim is for it never to cost our customers anything at all when we buy out a contract. We absorb the cost of the buyout within your new contract, so in effect we carry the cost of the buyout. If however, your contract has some way to go and you are looking for expensive handsets the buyout costs may make it financially inappropriate for an early transfer.
Will my bills come from Adodo or the networks... ?
